Dan Capron, Ph.D. is a Nina Bell Suggs Professor of Psychology, Director of the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Anxiety & Trauma Research Program, and a licensed clinical psychologist. He moved to Slidell with his wife Amy, because it was a midpoint between USM and Tulane (where Amy works). They expected it to be a temporary move; however, they fell in love with the friendly people, fun events, and delicious restaurants of Olde Towne and have decided to stay.
