Amber Murry was born into a military family in Landstuhl, Germany, and had the pleasure of living in various cities throughout the United States before her family relocated to Pearl River, Louisiana, in 1997. She graduated from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language after learning the language during her travels through Central America. She was a member and subsequently became President of the ULL chapter of the National Spanish Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi. Amber returned to Slidell when she began law school at Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2014. Licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi, she currently owns a booming personal injury law practice with her home office located in Slidell with additional offices in Baton Rouge and Lafayette.
Amber became an Advisory member to Olde Towne Slidell Main Street in 2016 and was later voted to serve on the Board of Directors. She enjoys serving the Olde Towne Slidell Main Street Board because it gives her the opportunity to collaborate with other passionate people and
organizations to create a lasting vision that will have a meaningful impact on the growth and development of Slidell’s historic cultural district. Between work and volunteering, you can find Amber in her flourishing garden.
